[Spoiler] Who is the ‘king of fitness’ on “100 Points out of 100″
According to information revealed by KBS on April 26th, MBLAQ’s Lee Joon was crowned as the ‘king of fitness’ in the first recording of their variety program, “100 Points out of 100.”
Excelling in various fields such as sit-ups, the 50m race, and in-line rollerskating, Lee Joon’s athleticism shone amongst fitness stars like B2ST’s Kikwang and Click-B’s Kim Sang Hyuk.
A total of 48 idols will be starring in this exciting athletics special, so be sure to tune in on April 30th.

Tired of Running Yoseob (fanfiction)
“I DON’T CARE!” I scream at Yoseob, we’d been fighting more and more, it happening in front of people; our ‘perfect’ relationship is falling apart right in front of us.
Shouting back to match me he yells. “Then go; IF I MAKE YOU SO UNHAPPY!”
Blinking tears back I walk into the room I share with him and Ki Kwang and gather my things in my suit cases that had become permanent fixtures to the room.
Rolling out of the room Yoseob’s face falls. “Don’t you dare make that face at me, aren’t you the one that said to leave?” I whisper walking past him and the other members in the living room sitting silently pretending not to have heard.
As the doors shut to the elevator I let the tears I’d been holding back fall.”Stupid, stupid, stupid!” I mutter in English. “How could I be so ignorant?!” I scold myself bitterly.
Quickly leaving in the car I’d came in, I head home to the apartment. Upon running into the lobby, and into the elevator, I try wiping the tears away, I try to say it doesn’t matter, I didn’t love him, but I knew I was lying.
After running down the hall and quickly unlocking the door to the loft I share with the other girls in Masquerading Hope, I walk along the halls, the normally lively and exciting place filled with our laughter, but not today, not for a long time.
Ever since Yoseob and I started to fight, we all became distant, laughing and joking became nonexistent in our home, now we spend as much time apart as possible.
Putting my suit case under my bed, I grab a change of clothes and head to the one place still unspoiled for me: the dance studio.
Quickly touching my make-up up I leave to get out all my anger, sadness to cheer up.
Beginning the dance for our next show I quickly lose track of time.
“We saw the suit case when we got home.” Chin-sun says stopping the music.
I turn to look at her, wiping my sweat with my arm, getting my sweat dripping off my face even faster. They toss me a towel. “What happened?” Ae-chan asks me earnestly.
I look at the five girls in front of me, my best friends, the only real constant thing in my life now. “Yoseob told me we to leave if I was unhappy, so I did.” I whisper letting a few tears fall.
“Obviously it didn’t if you’ve been here as long as we think!” Dae tries to reason with me.
Shaking my head I answer her. “Guys, we needed some time anyways.” I whisper, my voice cracking. “It’s for the best.” I finish.
Not buying it the girls walk over to me sitting me down. “You’re amazing, and funny, and extremely intelligent, despite all the wrong choices you might have taken, you’ve gotten this far. You came here to Korea, not only do you make it on the first cut, three days of being in Korea, but you helped us make it. Olivia, you’re talented, and a great friend and I’ll admit we haven’t been getting along but we can all see how much you love him.” Cho says holding my shoulders.
Listening my body turns numb. “Obby, you’re one of my best friends, you’re always there, and you always drop what you’re doing for anyone of us. Maybe though, you should drop the ball and let Yoseob in.” Eun-Ju says gently.
Feeling the tears fall I stand up, quickly wiping them away. “I can’t.” I whisper walking out of the room.
“I just can’t.” I mutter walking down the hall to grab water.
“Olivia!”
Hearing the voice makes me freeze, I couldn’t turn around, and I didn’t want to face him.
“Just hear me out.” Yoseob whispers from behind me. “Please.”
Unable to move I force myself to say, “Just for a little while.”
“Olivia, I didn’t mean for you to leave, I want you to stay.” I know he’s fiddling with his shirt; he does it when he gets nervous. “I was just upset, we both were, and still are. I don’t want you out of my life. You gave me so much and I was greedy to take and to take, but now all I want is for you to be honest with me. Do you really want me out of your life?” He finishes his rant with his voice getting weaker by the moment.
“Yoseob,” I whisper to be honest I don’t know what I want or even need, my life isn’t exactly orderly. “I need some time.” I finally say. “Just let me figure this out.”
Quietly I hear him say. “Oh, alright you know where to find me.”
Hearing him saying that broke my heart, letting him walk away completely shattered me, without looking back I go to the locker room to change.
Once inside I lock the door making it to the benches before I let out all my sadness I couldn’t let go of.
“Why?” I murmur, I’ve never known a pain like this, I’ve never known a love like him.
After a while, I wipe my tears away taking a shower and changing into my clothes, I unlock the door and come face to face with Dae.
“You let him walk away.” She says sadly. “He loves you, and you let him go, you love him.”
Walking past her I softly tell her that she’s right before going down the stairs, walking faster by their practice room.
“OLIVIA!” Stopping mid-step I hear him again.
Turning slowly I see Yoseob rushing down the stairs to me. “I don’t understand.”
Turning away from him I shrug my shoulders knowing, if I say one word I’ll break down right in front of him.
“You tell me you need time, and I’ll give it to you, but I walked away and you did too, but you never look back. I love you and you won’t even nod your head!” He rants.
Listening to it, I let tears fall while I’m not facing him.
“You don’t love me, that’s fine, but can’t you even acknowledge my feelings?!” He whispers in despair. “I love you so much and it hurts me to know you don’t even care.”
Turning to face him, his facial expression changes completely after seeing my tear streaked face. “Don’t go putting words in my mouth.” I tell him walking away. “Yoseob, I never said what I felt because I’m too scared to know the truth.”
“What does that mean, you run and run and never let anyone in.” Frustrated he runs down the steps. “I try and try to get you to even tell me but you shut down.”
“Yoseob, I’m in love with you, and I can’t tell you with words, but I’m sorry.” I whisper running out the door into the streets to the car.
“WAIT!" Yoseob calls following grabbing my wrist, then pulling my close. "Don't you ever get tired of running, cause you should know I'll always chase you just like I always have."
My lip quivering, tears falling I answer him. "Its all I've know for such a long time, but Yoseob I do love you." Imurmurinto his chest as he strokes my hair.
"And I love you, so much." He whispers into my ear. "I have for such a long time."

"I don't know why, I've always hated the whole lovey dovey shit" I replied as I began walking towards my first class
"Ok what if the boy of your dreams came up to you on valentines day with a huge bokay of roses--" Molly started but I interrupted
"he'd have to show up with some cherry blossoms, not roses"
"Ok, what if the boy of your dreams came up to you on valentines day with a bunch of cherry blossoms, and told you, he loves you and always have...you'd turn him down because you hate the whole lovey dovey shit?" Molly finished as I reached my class. She gave me a questioning look as she waited for my answer.
"come on twin-chii, even you can't deny that would be awesome" Stevie said also looking at me, I sighed, clearly defeated.
"Ok yes it's awesome, but stuff like that only happens in those sappy movies, Not in real life." I replied as the bell rang.
"I gotta go, talk to you guys later k"
"k later Lizzy" Molly said as she walked away, being soon joined by Stevie as she yelled

I smiled but headed into the class room, sat down, and prepared to be bored to death...weather in America or Korea, school is still boring.I suddenly felt something hit the bottom of my leg, and looked to see a crumpled up piece of paper.Picking it up so the teacher couldn't see, I quietly unfolded.

I giggled at the paper, recognizing the handwriting as that of my friend Yo Seob. I quickly scribbled a message and threw it back
Sorry, this whole Valentines day thing has got me in a bad mood :(
I waited a few minutes for the paper ball to return, and it did...right agent's the back of my head. I quickly turned around too see Dong Woon, Gi Kwang, and Hyun Seung all busting out laughing, Jun Hyung and Doo Joon shaking their heads, and Yo Seob with a look that said "I'm so sorry, that wasn't supposed to happen". I simply shook my head and picked up the paper ball again.
No date huh?
I sighed at the paper and wrote back

I looked back and saw that he wasn't looking and quickly tossed the to hit him in the head...and...success. he quickly looked at me with a shocked look and I couldn't help but laugh, and so did everyone else out of his group. Which caused the teacher to chime in.
"Is there something you'd all like to share with the class?" we all shut up, and she turned around and began talking again. class was quite and boring again after that, and I was unbelievably happy when it ended. As I began walking out of class, I could see Molly and Stevie walking towards me, but suddenly felt a hand on my shoulder.
"Hey Zee, nice shot back there, I'll give you that one" Yo Seob said coming up beside me, still laughing at the subject
"thanks" I said laughing as well
"I figured you could use some payback" I added
he just laughed before becoming quite
"hey don't let this whole Valentines day thing drag you down. I'm sure there's at least one guy in this whole school who would love to have you...he might just be too shy to admit it" he said smiling and...was that a pink tint to his cheeks??? no it was probably just the lighting, and the fact we were just laughing.
"ya I guess your right Seob, I'll try not to...thanks" I smiled
"No problem" he replied his smile only getting bigger.
"Seob! Come on!" I heard Doo Joon call, as I looked to see the group of boys waiting.
"Well I'll see ya later ok Zee"
"Later Seob" I smiled before he jogged over to his friends.I watched them walk away before feeling something else come in contact with my head
"I swear if one more person hits my head" I said turning around to Molly and Stevie who were both smiling like maniacs.
"what?" I asked getting a little creeped out.
"Seob was flirting with you!!!" Stevie said
"no he wasn't, we're just friends!" I replied making my way back to my locker.
"suuuuuuuure" they both said looking at each other
"we are!" I replied as I put my stuff away. I mean sure he's super cute, and funny, and sweet, and he has that childish personality that just makes you wanna hug him and not let go...but we're just friends.
"HEY STEVIE! MOLLY!" We heard Gi Kwang's voice ring out, as Molly and Stevie stopped. I sighed as I heard the word Valentines day, and began walking again. I turned around to look once I reached my locker and saw Gi pull out his notebook and write some stuff, before he smiled and left.
"what was that about?" I asked them as they reached me.
"Oh nothing" they both smiled a very cat like smile that said they were up to something.

"OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LIZZY!!!" I heard Molly's voice ring out beside me...when did they get there???
"OMG TWIN-CHAN!!! I THINK YOU'VE GOT A SECRET ADMIRER!!!!" Stevie smiled reading the words. they both "awww'd" when they finished.
"y--ya I guess so" I said as the bell rang. I placed the cherry blossom stem back in my locker and placed the note in my pocket as I hurried to class. I didn't even pretend to pay attention in class like I normally do, instead I was making a list of boys it might have been...which I realized became difficult because I knew half of the boys in this school.I pulled the note out again and read each line, studied the hand writing, but nothing...no boy I knew could speak words like this, and none had such perfect handwriting. While I was in my own thinking place I noticed a paper airplane land on my desk, I unfolded it already knowing who it was from.
oooo someones gotta note, someones gotta note~~, so who's it from???
I couldn't help but giggle at the childishness of the words

I threw the plane back and waited, this time watching him so he didn't hit me again.

I folded the note and placed it in the airplane as I tossed it back to him. I watched him unfold it and all the guys look over to read it as well. Yo Seob and Hyun Seung smiled while the rest of the guys laughed and made kissy faces. I rolled my eyes at them as Yo Seob tossed the plane back over.
That's really sweet Zee, don't let these guys make you think anything else.

I tossed the plane back and watch as they all read it, Yo Seob and Hyun Seung almost rolled as the rest of them had faces that looked like -_-
The bell rang and we all filed out, Yo Seob and Hyun Seung both giving me a high five as the rest just walked past.
"awww come one guys, you know I love ya" I smiled as I hugged the boys
"ya ya" Dong Woon said hugging back before they all walked off.
"Any luck finding out who it is???" Stevie asked as I shook my head.

"Yes?" I asked, encouraging her to finish

"put in a good word for us" Stevie said smiling
"Like you guys need me to do that, your both beautiful and brave, just go up and talk to them"
"your right!" Stevie said as they started looking around.
"Tomorrow then?" I asked

1 more day til Valentine's day, I sighed as I walked over to my locker once again, part of me hoping my secret admirer sent something else, the other part was yelling at the first part to just shut up and quit dreaming. I held my breath as I slowly opened my locker, and let it out while I smiled as I saw another cherry blossom stem and another note. I gently picked up the stem and read each line on the note.
I smiled once again at the words written in such beautiful handwriting, I wished I knew who was writing me such things. And who knew my favorite flower, I don't remember telling anyone except Molly and Stevie and I don't think they...wait a minute. I could see the scene flash though my mind

"Oh I plain on it" I smiled as I went and took my seat, only noticing seconds later, the girl who normally sits by me was replaced by Seob

"So any new notes from you secret admirer?" I heard him whisper as the teacher began talking

Thinking about it Yo Seob has always been able to make me smile, ever since I first moved here, he was the first person to talk to me....I was so scared because it was a new country and I didn't know anyone except Molly and Stevie. But he smiled, introduced himself, cracked a few jokes, and had me laughing and smiling in no time. He introduced me to his friends who soon became like a 2nd family and has always been there to cheer me up when I'm in a bad mood.
"Ok Students of all ages" I heard the principle say over the loud speaker, bringing me out of my thoughts.
"As you all know tomorrow is Valentine's day" he stated as most of the class clapped, I stayed silent
"So tomorrow, I want all the men to wear suits, and ladies you will wear dresses, it will be the school uniform for the day"he finished as the girls began talking about what dress they were gonna wear, I raised my hand.
"Yes Elizabeth?"
"What if you don't have a dress?"
"you're saying you don't have any dresses?" she asked looking at me
"what about that one you wore to my wedding Elizabeth?" shit I thought, My mom had been penpals with my teacher, and so I was invited to her wedding, I totally forgot I had wore a dress then...ABORT PLAIN!!!!
"oh ya I forgot about that one hehe"
"mmhmm" she said turning around as I put my head back on my desk, I looked over to see Yo Seob laughing
"what?"
"I could see the "abort plain" look on your face, that was an epic fail Zee" he laughed as I lightly slapped his arm

"You told me "don't let this whole Valentines day thing drag you down. I'm sure there's at least one guy in this whole school who would love to have you...he might just be too shy to admit it...you were blushing that day weren't you?" I asked giggling
"There is at least one guy in this school who likes you Zee, well loves you, and always has...and he's wondering if you would be his Valentine?" he asked me with hopeful eyes.
"I would love to be your Valentine Seob" I smiled which caused his childish smile to shine once again, before he leaned over and kissed my cheek.
"you missed" I giggled as he blushed again and kinda looked away, I smiled and softly grabbed his face so I could gently kiss him.
"WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" we broke the kiss to see all of our friends laughing and cheering.
"jeoliga, dangsin-ui sungan-eul pamyeolsikigo!" Seob told them before turning back to me and kissing me again. I could hear Molly's words ring in my head as I thought of what was happening

I sighed as I walked though the doors of the school. 2 days until Valentine's day...and it showed, kill me now.Red, pink and white everywhere, you'd swear those were our school colors. And couples kissing and cuddling everywhere...I think I'm going to be sick. I quickly made my way to my locker and opened it. But gasped at what I saw, there placed neatly atop my books was a single cherry blossom stem. I gently picked it up and brushed the velvety petals, realizing it was a actual cherry blossom branch and not a plastic one. I glanced up to see a little piece of paper that was under the stem, picking it up I read the words that were written in beautiful handwriting I didn't recognized.Oh listen to my heart

"y--ya I guess so" I said as the bell rang. I placed the cherry blossom stem back in my locker and placed the note in my pocket as I hurried to class. I didn't even pretend to pay attention in class like I normally do, instead I was making a list of boys it might have been...which I realized became difficult because I knew half of the boys in this school.I pulled the note out again and read each line, studied the hand writing, but nothing...no boy I knew could speak words like this, and none had such perfect handwriting. While I was in my own thinking place I noticed a paper airplane land on my desk, I unfolded it already knowing who it was from.

I couldn't help but giggle at the childishness of the words

I threw the plane back and waited, this time watching him so he didn't hit me again.

I folded the note and placed it in the airplane as I tossed it back to him. I watched him unfold it and all the guys look over to read it as well. Yo Seob and Hyun Seung smiled while the rest of the guys laughed and made kissy faces. I rolled my eyes at them as Yo Seob tossed the plane back over.

I tossed the plane back and watch as they all read it, Yo Seob and Hyun Seung almost rolled as the rest of them had faces that looked like -_-
The bell rang and we all filed out, Yo Seob and Hyun Seung both giving me a high five as the rest just walked past.

"ya ya" Dong Woon said hugging back before they all walked off.
"Any luck finding out who it is???" Stevie asked as I shook my head.

"Yes?" I asked, encouraging her to finish
"Ok...well....Me and Stevie really like Gi and Dong and we were hoping if you could you know..."

"put in a good word for us" Stevie said smiling
"Like you guys need me to do that, your both beautiful and brave, just go up and talk to them"
"your right!" Stevie said as they started looking around.
"Tomorrow then?" I asked

The next day...
1 more day til Valentine's day, I sighed as I walked over to my locker once again, part of me hoping my secret admirer sent something else, the other part was yelling at the first part to just shut up and quit dreaming. I held my breath as I slowly opened my locker, and let it out while I smiled as I saw another cherry blossom stem and another note. I gently picked up the stem and read each line on the note.

"HEY STEVIE! MOLLY!" We heard Gi Kwang's voice ring out, as Molly and Stevie stopped. I sighed as I heard the word Valentines day, and began walking again. I turned around to look once I reached my locker and saw Gi pull out his notebook and write some stuff, before he smiled and left.
"what was that about?" I asked them as they reached me.
"Oh nothing" they both smiled a very cat like smile that said they were up to something
Oh my God! was Gi my secret admirer!?!?! no he couldn't be, if he was asking what my favorite flower was then why was Molly going after him...great this got me no where I thought as I heard the bell ring and only then realized I hadn't seen Molly or Stevie yet. As I made my way to class though, I spotted them, along with Gi and Dong....OMG they weren't kidding when they said they liked them. I saw the guys laugh and my heart sank, where they laughing at Molly and Stevie asking them to be their Valentines?? But then they both said
"I'd love to" and I couldn't help the smile that stretched across my face. Even if I didn't like Valentines day, I could enjoy my friends happiness. Molly and Stevie both hugged their Valentines before waving bye and heading to their class, I giggled as I made my way over to the men.
"ooooo someone got dates"
"Yes and we didn't stutter, you can ask them!"Dong said as Gi nodded.
"Oh I plain on it" I smiled as I went and took my seat, only noticing seconds later, the girl who normally sits by me was replaced by Seob
"well hello there, teacher put you up here so you'd quit fooling around?" I asked laughing
"No, I chose to sit here today" he smiled, that smile that only made him look more childish...in a good way.
"So any new notes from you secret admirer?" I heard him whisper as the teacher began talking
"actually yes" I said, unable to help but smile as I thought of the 2nd note in my pocket.
"wow he must really like you"
"ya I know, which is why I reeealy wish I knew who he was"
"what if it's a girl?" he asked, laughter clear in his voice, but my eyes still went wide as I looked at him...shit I hadn't thought of that.
"I highly doubt it is Zee don't worry"
"why did you have to say that, the words I've come to rely on to get me though these crappy days could have been written by a girl!!!"I whispered back
"words you've come to rely on??? you love them that much?" he said wide eyed as he smiled again.
"yes I do, but they could have been written by a girl, I'm going to kill myself!" I said laying my head on my desk.
"Don't kill yourself, this place would totally suck then" he said putting his hand on my arm.
"This place sucks anyways" I said looking at him, my head still on my desk.
"Not the whole place...this class is pretty...great" he smiled, and I could have sworn I saw blush again, I couldn't help but smile back. Thinking about it Yo Seob has always been able to make me smile, ever since I first moved here, he was the first person to talk to me....I was so scared because it was a new country and I didn't know anyone except Molly and Stevie. But he smiled, introduced himself, cracked a few jokes, and had me laughing and smiling in no time. He introduced me to his friends who soon became like a 2nd family and has always been there to cheer me up when I'm in a bad mood.
"Ok Students of all ages" I heard the principle say over the loud speaker, bringing me out of my thoughts.
"As you all know tomorrow is Valentine's day" he stated as most of the class clapped, I stayed silent
"So tomorrow, I want all the men to wear suits, and ladies you will wear dresses, it will be the school uniform for the day"he finished as the girls began talking about what dress they were gonna wear, I raised my hand.
"Yes Elizabeth?"
"What if you don't have a dress?"
"you're saying you don't have any dresses?" she asked looking at me
"what about that one you wore to my wedding Elizabeth?" shit I thought, My mom had been penpals with my teacher, and so I was invited to her wedding, I totally forgot I had wore a dress then...ABORT PLAIN!!!!
"oh ya I forgot about that one hehe"
"mmhmm" she said turning around as I put my head back on my desk, I looked over to see Yo Seob laughing
"what?"
"I could see the "abort plain" look on your face, that was an epic fail Zee" he laughed as I lightly slapped his arm
"shut up" I laughed
Later that night...
Molly and Stevie had both messaged me on Facebook telling me how they couldn't wait for tomorrow, which shocked the hell outta me...I guess this holiday CAN change people. But I was happy for them, Molly and Gi Kwang, Stevie and Dong Woon. They both made cute couples...I was actually kinda feeling a little excited myself. Maybe my secret admirer would be there tomorrow, so we could meet. I hung my dress on the outside of the closet so I could get it easily, then Seob's words rang though my head."what if it's a girl?" why did he even have to ask that?!?! I will truly kill myself if there's a girl waiting at my locker tomorrow with a cherry blossom stem.
the next day...
I walked though the doors of my school in my shimmery white Chinese dress with shimmery pink cherry blossoms on it, and my white flats. I looked over at my locker but saw no one...well at least it's not a girl...I hope, I thought as I opened it to see no cherry blossom stem, but another note.So beautiful my girl

I slowly did as I was told and read the words on the back.

I turned around and gasped at what I saw...there stood my best friend since I first move to Korea, the boy who can always make me smile with his childish ways and innocent smile, who's always been there for me to cheer me up, and who I never knew could write such words, with a bokay of cherry blossom stems.
"S--Seob, you're my secret admirer?" I smiled, trying to fight back the stupid tears that wanted to turn me into a little baby.
"do you remember what I told you when you first started stressing about Valentine's day Zee?" he asked walking towards me.I thought about it for a minute then nodded
"You told me "don't let this whole Valentines day thing drag you down. I'm sure there's at least one guy in this whole school who would love to have you...he might just be too shy to admit it...you were blushing that day weren't you?" I asked giggling
"There is at least one guy in this school who likes you Zee, well loves you, and always has...and he's wondering if you would be his Valentine?" he asked me with hopeful eyes.
"I would love to be your Valentine Seob" I smiled which caused his childish smile to shine once again, before he leaned over and kissed my cheek.
"you missed" I giggled as he blushed again and kinda looked away, I smiled and softly grabbed his face so I could gently kiss him.
"WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" we broke the kiss to see all of our friends laughing and cheering.
"jeoliga, dangsin-ui sungan-eul pamyeolsikigo!" Seob told them before turning back to me and kissing me again. I could hear Molly's words ring in my head as I thought of what was happening
"Ok, what if the boy of your dreams came up to you on valentines day with a bunch of cherry blossoms, and told you, he loves you and always has...you'd turn him down because you hate the whole lovey dovey shit?"
Ok so I didn't, guess I don't hate Valentine's day as much as I though. But with a boy like Seob....I'm fine with that :)
