Yang Yoseob's fans have decided to give away to celebrate his upcoming birthday. A collaboration of Yang Yoseob's fan clubs have planned a charity project in celebration of his birthday coming up on January 5th and the release of his first solo album. The fans are in the process of running a crown funding through incujector.com and a total of 48 people have gathered since December 20th leading to a growing total of 1,065 dollars.
Yang Yoseob's fan clubs have been planning charity giveaway projects since his first birthday after BEAST's debut and continually been giving for 3 years. On November, his fans have donated 100kg of rice and fulfilled many other events wishing for a good luck on his solo album
The money collected through this crown funding will be used to help the blind while matching his title song 'Caffeine'. The money will be used to purchase coffee machines and other equipments for the 3rd 'Cafe More', which is a franchise coffee shop run by the visually handicapped.
This kind of fandom charity work displays the maturity of Korea's fandom activities and gives hope for the future of fandoms and charity work.
