It’s almost November, which means that K-Pop will be gearing up for one of the busiest months of the year: award ceremony time! When it comes to K-Pop year-end award ceremonies, the Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMAs) cannot be overlooked. The 2013 MAMAs will be held in Hong Kong and Mnet has finally released the list of nominees for the awards.

From PSY‘s second US single “Gentleman,” Crayon Pop‘s infectious “Bar Bar Bar” craze, to EXO‘s record-breaking album sales, 2013 has certainly been a crazy year for K-Pop. As a result, all of the categories has strong nominees for this year’s MAMAs and it will be interesting to see who comes out on top.
